Powered by patented, non-invasive subsurface sensing
Ending the Guesswork in Groundwater
For decades, understanding groundwater meant drilling and hoping for answers.
We’re changing that - bringing aquifer insights to landowners, developers, and decision-makers for a clearer view of long-term groundwater conditions.
The Next Phase of Groundwater Intelligence
We’re preparing to launch leased groundwater survey units and a new groundwater intelligence app, bringing aquifer insights to landowners, developers, and decision-makers for a clearer understanding of long-term groundwater conditions.
How It Works
See what's below - without breaking ground.
Scan Property
We survey land using non-invasive sensing. No drilling. No disruption.
Capture Subsurface Signals
Our system captures electromagnetic responses from deep underground.
Map Aquifer Depth & Dynamics
We identify where groundwater exists and how it changes over time.
Deliver Groundwater Intelligence
Clear insights to any address in Texas supporting drilling, planning, and responsible water use.
Each survey strengthens a growing groundwater intelligence network.
Insight Beyond It.
Understanding groundwater used to start with drilling.
Now, it starts with data.
Our non-invasive sensing technology reveals what’s happening thousands of feet below the surface - instantly, and without disruption.
But insight doesn’t stop at detection.
With ongoing visibility into aquifer conditions, you can move beyond finding water, to managing it responsibly over time.
From possibility to responsibility.
From Scan to Insight
Step One - Setup
We prepare a remote sensing scan of your property using our patented technology, requiring no drilling, excavation, or disturbance to the land.
Step Two - Survey
Our system captures subsurface signals to identify aquifer depth, structure, and activity - providing a real-time picture of groundwater below.
Step 3 - Results
You receive a clear, data-driven report outlining groundwater availability, estimated depths, and insights to guide both access and long-term use.
From Property to Platform.
What begins as a single property survey becomes part of a much larger picture.
As our dataset expands, so does our ability to understand groundwater systems at scale, supporting smarter water management, aquifer recharge planning, and more sustainable use worldwide.
Real Decisions. Real Results.
Expanding
Subsurface Intelligence
Built on our patented sensing foundation, TunnelHawk™ extends our capabilities to detect subsurface features such as water leaks and structural risks, broadening our impact across infrastructure, environmental monitoring, and safety applications.
Trusted by researchers, accelerators and industry leaders.
Groundwater intelligence for planning & infrastructure.
For organizations evaluating water availability across larger properties or multiple sites, we offer project-based groundwater surveys designed to support long-term decisions - before drilling, development, or capital investment begins.
As Seen on CodeLaunch: The Show
CodeLaunch: The Show is a narrated, documentary-style series following elite startups through the CodeLaunch World Championship. This episode features Well Water Finders’ pitch, technology, and the moment we were named World Champion selected by judges, investors, and a live audience.

FAQs
Our surveys are 90%+ accurate based on wells drilled after our reports. Just as importantly, they can also identify when no viable groundwater is present, helping customers avoid costly drilling attempts, poor land investments or misaligned development plans.
We currently serve Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arkansas. If you’re outside these states, contact us and we'll let you know when we're serving your area.
Each standard on-site survey is $1,000 per acre and takes about an hour per acre, allowing multiple acres to be completed in a single day depending on site layout. A 25% deposit is due at booking, with the remaining balance collected once your report is complete. For larger properties, multi-site projects, or organizational planning efforts, pricing is structured separately based on project scope.
Your report includes the location and depth of groundwater beneath your property, plus a detailed map and coordinates for your driller. Reports can also indicate when no viable groundwater is detected, saving time and unnecessary expense and supporting informed planning decisions.
Yes. In addition to standard per-acre surveys, we support larger properties, multi-site evaluations, and organizational groundwater planning through custom-scoped projects. These engagements are structured separately based on acreage, geography, timeline, and reporting needs. Learn more on our Large-Scale Projects page.
