Subscription & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to proprietary groundwater data and insights, all Texas Well Water Map subscription fees and purchases of Texas Property Water Profiles are non-refundable.

Users can explore the Free County Level data prior to subscribing. Once a subscription is activated and premium data is accessed, refunds will not be issued.

Subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. You can find the 'Cancel Subscription' button at the top right corner of the Subscriptions page: https://maps.wellwaterfinders.com/subscriptions.

For On-Site Groundwater Survey customers: 

Our 90%+ figure is measured against state-filed well reports: among customers who drilled at the specific latitude, longitude, and depth we recommended and filed a report with the state, those reports show groundwater was found 90%+ of the time. If a driller does not encounter groundwater at the specific latitude, longitude, and depth we recommended in your report, please provide the State of Texas Well Report Tracking Number for that attempt, confirming the drill location and depth reached.

Once verified, we will issue a refund for the survey fee paid up to $1,000 per acre. We don't control drilling methods, equipment, well construction, or final well performance, and we aren't responsible for third-party drilling costs.
