Subscription & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to proprietary groundwater data and insights, all Texas Well Water Map subscription fees and purchases of Texas Property Water Profiles are non-refundable.

Users can explore the Free County Level data prior to subscribing. Once a subscription is activated and premium data is accessed, refunds will not be issued.

Subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. You can find the 'Cancel Subscription' button at the top right corner of the Subscriptions page: https://maps.wellwaterfinders.com/subscriptions.

For On-Site Groundwater Survey customers: 

Our surveys find groundwater with 90%+ accuracy at our recommended drill sites, confirmed by state-filed well reports. What we can't guarantee is the well itself - because drilling outcomes depend on factors beyond the survey, including local geology variability, active wells nearby drawing down the aquifer, drilling technique, and pumping equipment.

The survey gives you the best data available to make a drilling decision. It doesn't replace the drilling itself, and it doesn't control the variables that come after.
