If you’re going to build in a beautiful place like this you’re going to need 3 things. You’re going to need electricity, which you can get from the city, or solar. You’re going to need septic, which you can get from the city or your own septic system. Or, you’re going to need water - which you can get from the city but if there is no water available, you can either drill a well or rainwater collection.
Where I can help you is - if you’re thinking about drilling a well, I’ll find the shallowest spot on your land where you can put a well in. In general, the shallowest well is going to cost the least amount. Learn more here!
