The data is clear: despite record levels of capital in the market, companies founded solely by women received just 1% of total U.S. venture funding in 2024—down from 2% the year before. That number is more than a statistic. It’s a wake-up call.
As the founder of Well Water Finders, I see firsthand the innovation, grit, and impact women bring. From developing patented technology to helping landowners across drought-prone regions make smarter groundwater decisions, we're solving big problems. But to scale, we need support.
