Refund Policy

Do you offer Refunds?

If you purchase a pre-assessment and change your mind, we will be happy to offer a refund if you contact us within 24 hours. After that, we've already started analyzing data and researching your property so we can't offer a refund at that point but we will certainly work with you on scheduling the initial site visit at a time that is good for you.

If after we provide you our final report and your driller can't find enough water for a suitable well, please provide us documentation that they drilled at the exact longitude and latitude we provided in our report, and we'll provide you a refund of that acre's site survey ($400). We are not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred.

If we do issue a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at wellwaterfinders@gmail.com.
